Depends on the agreement. We can provide on hourly base, but also on a fixed price construction. It's up to you.
We offer different possibilities. We can join the team and assists in current sprints by delivering changes based on info from Product Backlog Items. But we can also help setting up documentation on how to let you or your team make changes.

We feel responsible to deliver stable software solutions to our clients, especially when paid for. So can't offer free support to others.
